RETURNS POLICY

If you would like to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, please follow the following returns procedure below.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 10 days from the date of despatch. (21 Days for orders outside of Australia). Items not received within the period will not be accepted. Any Items returned after those dates will be exchanged or given a refund at the discretion of Muther of All Things.

Conditions:
No refunds or exchanges wilI be offered on items that are not in original condition.
No refunds or exchanges will be offered on items that have tags removed, have been worn or washed, or protective hygiene strip has been removed or altered.

Exchanges:
Faulty Merchandise will be replaced with the same item as originally ordered. Postage will be refunded and no additional postage costs will be incurred.

The customer is responsible for all postage costs when returning goods for exchange. Any additional costs incurred by Muther of All Things  on return of an item will be charged to the purchaser.

Refunds:
If you prefer a refund rather than an item exchange, please indicate on the R&E Form.  This form must be included with all returned items.  Once the form and items have been received and the items have been thoroughly checked that they have not been worn with all the tags and hygiene strips still in place, a refund will be issued.
Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for returns.

If your original purchase was made with a credit card, your refund will be issued to the same card account.  Please allow 30 - 60 days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Returns Procedure:
Email us at info@mutherofallthings.com to notify us of your return, the reason for the return and if you require an exchange or refund. we can then ensure that your exchange is in stock and on hold for you. If the item is not available, we will email you and offer you a refund or the option to select another item.
Complete and Return the R&E Form (enclosed with your purchase), Returns & Exchanges will not be accepted without a completed R&E Form.

We recommend all packages to be insured, we accept no responsibility for lost or damaged items. Returns must only be sent to the above address in order to be processed. Goods will only be received with a valid R&E Form.
Once the items have been received they will undergo a quality review and once cleared, you will either receive your new items (for exchange), or refund on the cost at purchase (excluding original shipping cost) directly to the credit card used for the purchase, depending on the option requested by you. You will receive email notification of this.

We recommend that all items are tried on by you on receipt to ensure that you are able, if required, to exchange or return them to us within the required 10 day period from despatch.  (21 Days for orders outside of Australia).

Customers must try on items wearing undergarments.
